Please call or e-mail us for overnight, special, or other shipping charges or requests. Shipping charges will be higher outside the continental U.S. and Canada. We are unable to ship to Europe at this time. Contact us at 866-657-9677 or 404-457-5821 for telephone orders. Remember when returning products for a refund, the refund is Less SHIPPING & HANDLING. Valid Cashier's checks, money orders and traveler's checks are accepted by mail.

Warranties

We are proud of the brands that we we offer. We honor a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products (provided they are unopened and undamaged). Original shipping and handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at customer's expense. We cannot guarantee or do special packaging to keep bars from melting during hot months. We do put a sticker that tells to keep the package out of the heat. If a product arrives and the chocolate has melted the product is still good! The shelf-life for most of our products is one year and up to 18 months. Put the melted bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and they should perk back. The date on a product is the production date and NOT the expiration date. The product is allright and in good condition.



Return Policies

We guarantee satisfaction with all of our products including the NRGTM branded products. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, YOU MUST CALL before returning the unused portion for a complete refund, LESS SHIPPING and HANDLING. Defective merchandise will be replaced under the manufacturer's guarantee, where applicable.
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or do special packaging to keep bars from melting during hot months. Neither UPS, Fed-Ex or the US Postal Service offer any type of refrigerated compartment to ship perishables. We do put on a sticker that tells FedEx to keep the package out of the heat. The good news is, if FedEx does what they are supposed to do, melted bars are rarely a problem. We never have melted bars in the HOT Marietta, GA area and almost all of our bars are delivered to us by UPS Ground from the manufacturers. It is a good idea to make arrangements so your package does not sit outside on a hot day or they can get melty. Therefore, return policies do not pertain to melting of products. Return policies exist within 30 days of initial ordering. We cannot guarantee any satisfaction or exchange after 30 days.
Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with any product. We strive for your satisfaction, and we will address any issues with you on a case-by-case basis, where ever possible. Also most of our products have a shelf life of one year, and some have 18 months. Tthe date of production is listed on most of our products. Again, the date listed is the DATE PRODUCTS WERE MADE and NOT the EXPIRATION DATE!!! PLEASE CALL FOR PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS!
